+ -1 moreHaving dealt with this company for over a year now, I have nothing but good experiences to report. They have been prompt, responsive, professional, and I have gotten what I've paid for. I began with buying gold coins last June, and have invested since in both gold and silver. My account manager, Charles Boratgis, has guided me through what to me was the unfamiliar territory of precious metals, making it an altogether painless experience. Everything seems set up for the convenience of the customer and, when I had problems with a local coin dealer recently, I was able to call and get a complete accounting of all transactions over the past year.
