This company is fabulous! I spoke with Randy about sending people to my house to



clean 2 seven foot velvet sofas and 2 white silk side chairs, none of which had



been cleaned for 22 years. Not only did Juan and another man do an amazing job



on these pieces but they also cleaned all the throw pillows that were on them -



silks, needlepoints, etc. I also had 2 chairs in another room that needed to be



spotted and they cleaned the entire cushions beautifully. They were careful to



keep the floors covered where necessary and kept all their equipment organized



and out of the way. The chairs were cleaned outside on my patio which they covered



with large white cloths. Both men were polite and friendly. In the end the price was less



than I had been quoted! I'll definitely use them again - and won't wait so long next time!

Overall I will say Fibermark, Mark the Carpetbagger, did get the majority of the water stains out of my chairs. However, their customer service has much to be desired. They do not return calls promptly and have a rather curt demeanor towards their customers. My overall impression of them was and quot;you need us more than we need you.and quot; I brought in 2 dining room chairs to be cleaned and they indicated it was going to take 3 weeks? Ok, maybe they were really backed up, I can accept that. I waited 3 weeks and no call. I had to call them 3 times to get a hold of someone and was told the chairs had not yet been started. I waited another week, and still no call. I called them 2 more times and told the chairs were finally complete. They had no intention of ever letting me know. I had to do all the follow up. Their operational hours are 9-3pm daily and they are not open Sat and Sun. So I had to leave work very early to come get my chairs. Once I arrived, they again, so no sign of appreciation for the business and have and quot;whateverand quot; attitude. Basically they made me feel pretty stupid for ever even purchasing linen chairs.
Unfortunately, I may have to use them again in the future, as there is not too many firms in town that clean carpet and upholstery well. So I guess that is why they have a and quot;you need us way more then we need youand quot; and and quot;we will get it done eventuallyand quot; attitude. But that is very disappointing. Their price point is quite high, it's would nice if they could at least fake appreciating the business.

Provider was punctual and friendly. Cleaned a very dirty carpet and did a good job.

This company was recommend to me by an employee of another well-known carpet cleaning company after they tried and were only partially successful in a similar situation of removing pet stains. I called late on a Thursday night; my call was returned first thing next morning, and service technician Juan was sent to my home that same morning. He used a heavy-duty wet vaccuum cleaner (as opposed to a hose from his truck) which removed all traces of the stains, including one stain that several other carpet cleaners had been unable to remove in the past. I am completely satisfied in all regards regarding Fibermark's service, and highly recommend them.

Joe Goodman came out and gave me estimates and suggested good suggestions/advice on area rug and Bedroom carpet. Very knowledgeable. He took the area rug and I picked it up a few weeks later. I will be getting everything cleaned when my Remodel is complete.

They were very good about cleaning my carpets and my upholstered furniture. They are a bit on the expensive side, but I think they are worth it. You get what you pay for. I highly recommend this company.

It was expensive, but he did a very good job. He was courteous and easy to work with. He charged an extra fee for pick up and delivery, so I brought the carpets to him and picked them up. He cleaned them at his warehouse.

They showed up on time to pick up the carpets. They were very courteous when they were here. They dropped them off when they said they would drop them off.

HE IS THE BEST IN ALL OF THE LOS ANGELES AREA. THE QUALITY OF HIS WORK IS GREAT. ALL HIS STAFF IS VERY PROFESSIONAL. WHEN THEY SAY THEY ARE GOING TO BE THERE, THEY SHOW UP AND ON TIME.
