Jewelry Sales/Design/Repair
The prongs on my engagement ring were thinning so I asked them to repair them at the Century City location of this store. They replaced the two prongs, however, less than 5 months later both prongs broke off on the same day, causing me to lose a $4000 diamond. I think it is better to go to a repair shop which will spend the time to do a good job, on more expensive jewelry rather than risking this occurance by using a quick repair mall store..
