Drew's Plumbing

Drew is knowledgeable, honest, reliable, and highly professional. He quotes an honest price, makes sure everything is correct, and sticks to budget. I consider him to be in the absolute highest echelon of plumbing contractors, and similarly among the best of all contracted work I've ever had done. I can't recommend him highly enough. The work we had to do was really quite a lot of work. It may not seem it from the description of the tasks. But the re-piping required moving lines from one wall to another and dealing with lots of unexpected findings due to substandard work done by the previous owners of the home. Yet Drew made sure to fix not just the portion he originally bid, but the entire system such that it worked correctly, and all without adding costs. The laundry jobs was also quite extensive, and required drilling out concrete, a ton of digging to access drainage as well as running new underground lines, and then re-patching the concrete. Drew was very conscientious about ensuring the work was done right and that the patching looked excellent. He definitely spent more time than required in order for the lines to run "out of sight". Truly, the new laundry space now looks like it was part of the original design of the house. The potential was there for this to look "thrown together", but not with a pro like Drew. The tankless install was quick and easy. He installed a Navien with a recirculator, and made sure to select a model that had more than enough capacity to handle our home. He even made sure the model would have excess in case we added another bathroom down the road. Overall, Drew's work quality is fantastic. He knew immediately what needed to be done to fix our water supply, water pressure, and water heat issues. The whole time, I honestly felt like he was treating the job as though he was doing it in his own home. When he ran into a problem he didn't expect, he didn't cut corners to finish the job. He just did the necessary additional work. And for this level of quality, I feel like his pricing was extremely good. I will only hire Drew's plumbing going forward.

He suggested I go with a better quality brand than the one I previously had, and it's like a totally different experience. While the newer unit costs more, I would never go back to the one I had. I love it.

Finally, a plumber who is honest , reliable and knows what he's doing. And he's a nice person. He changed handles and flappers in the toilets and didn't try to sell me things I didn't need. He installed new shower heads. He gave an estimate for replacement of the hot water heater and didn't try to scare me by saying it was necessary to replace right away. I would definitely use him again.

I had used another plumbing company where Drew used to work, and I had always thought that he was their best plumber.  When he left that company I couldn't find another really good plumber.  Then I heard from someone that Drew had started his own company.  
We had a leak below a bathroom sink and I called him.  He came out right away and had to replace the old galvanized pipes with copper.  (They were supposed to have been replaced many years ago by someone else.)  He also replaced a leaky gate valve on the main service line.  
I can't give Drew's Plumbing a higher recommendation than saying that I won't use anyone else.  He and his crew are honest, they clean up after themselves and they get the job done in a timely manner for a fair price.  Thanks Drew.
