It's a big project but Dean's crew made it looked easy and simple with their expert skillmanship. Miguell, our foreman, is a very pleasant and organized person, he and his team Raymond, Jose, Sergio and many others work efficiently each day.  Dean came to check and discuss work with his crew everyday and he made sure their work done right and on schedule.  Dean has reliable and experience subcontractors work with him for many years and their works are excellent…. Carlo and Melvin lighted up our house, Frank and Jimmy installed a nice hardwood floor, the stain color came out good.  Richard and his team did a smooth job on the stucco, Robert and his team worked on the plumbing efficiently.  Salvador, his brother and cousins painted the house in and out smoothly and beautifully.   Dean is a contractor who is passionate about his trade and he also lives up to his logo " I treat your house just like my own house".  Dean helped me on choosing materials and style for each room, thus taking away a lot of stress from me.  He even made some corrections on the structure which are not included in the contract. My husband is a man of few words, yet he is really pleased with Dean and his crew's good work on our house.  He complements me that I have made the right choice to hire Dean who made  our lives easier during the whole remodeling process. Dean and his team did a marvelous transformation on our home especially the fireplace area in the family room.  We had a brick wall next to a brick fireplace, he cut a few of the bricks out and blend it with walnut wood panel next to it, the result it's stunning and elegant.  After all the work, our house looks more open, spacious and more functional.  It is so important to choose wisely when it comes to selecting a company for your remodeling job. The quality of the company you  do business with  can literally make or break an entire project.  This is where professionals like Dean and his team become your greatest asset---they will help you avoid problems, foresee issues, and provide solutions without over-complicating the entire process. Dean did more than we asked for; after all the works he put into our house, thus his price is not bad.   We can't help thinking to remodel the second level of our house already.  Of course, we will hire Dean Hallo again!   Thanks to Dean, now we have a "great house" to live in.
