IT WAS JUST MARGINAL. I FELT LIKE ONE OF THOUSANDS, JUST KIND OF NEXT. IT WAS HARD TO GET THEIR HELP BECAUSE I DON'T THINK THEY WERE PAYING ATTENTION. THE QUALITY OF WORK WAS FINE. THE COMPUTER WORKED AFTERWARDS.

THEY TOOK CARE OF WHAT WE NEEDED TO HAVE DONE. I WAS ANNOYED THAT I HAD TO GO BACK IN THE FIRST PLACE. THEY WERE ADEQUATE AND ONCE WE TALKED TO THE SERVICE MANAGER HE TOOK CARE OF EVERYTHING.

THIS COMPANY SPECIALIZES IN MAC REPAIRS (WHICH I CAN'T FIND EASILY AT JUST ANY COMPUTER STORE). THEY ARE AFFORDABLE AND VERY PROFESSIONAL. THEY ARE VERY BUSY, SO WAITING TIME SOMETIMES IS LONG, BUT THEY ARE WORTH IT.
