COMPUTER BUSINESS CENTER

I was initially very excited when I found this company so close to my house that offered to come out and pick up my printer and take it back to their shop to work on. He worked on the printer and told me that ultimately the issue was with the cartridges I was using. I purchased new cartridges and took the printer back to him. He told me the printer was working fine in his shop. However, it still did not work great for me. He was very responsive and always worked with me, but I wish he would have just told me to buy a new printer and saved me all the time and money that I spent on the old one.

I brought my computer in and Joseph gave me an accurate diagnosis on the spot. The job took 3 days (including a holiday)
Joseph was friendly, knowledgeable, and timely.

They were reasonable, fast, and very good. They told me the truth and accommodated my needs. They took power supply from another computer that didn't need to be repaired so quickly and put it in mine because I would've had to order it. They did the right thing. I had a very good experience with them.

There is nothing worse than having your computer die! Joseph at Computer Business Center saved my computer and all of my data. I'm a freelance writer, and yes, I do backups, but having my computer die completely would have been devastating. It took about a week (right around the holidays). While it was expensive, and I could have bought a new computer with the $, having all my info back was priceless. He even let me come by on a Sunday (he's normally closed, but happened to be in the office) and pick it up.

THEY ARE REALLY GOOD. THEY ARE VERY PROMPT AND KNOWLEDGEABLE. THEY DO EXCELLENT WORK ON COMPUTERS. THEY'RE GREAT FOR ALL OF THE REASONS THAT I EXPLAINED ABOVE.
