CLOSETS BY DESIGN

It did not go well. Long story short: The closets could not be installed as they were designed. Pull out shelves and pull out hanging rods did not have clearance past the doors to pull out and the installers did not bring the three track system for one set of doors. The company expected us to redesign our closets on-the-fly by ourselves while the installers waited. We were very upset. After a few stressful phone calls we finally agreed to a few changes to the design that CbD claimed would allow everything to fit and they installed the systems. One closet was fine, but the one that had the 3 tracks would not be finished until another day when they could bring the right tracks. That day came and the tracks did not fit! We insisted that a supervisor come out and he agreed the entire system had to be removed! We redesigned it with him so that all the componets would fit. Several days later, the installers arrived and removed the badly-designed closet and installed one that works.

I THINK THE INSTALLERS WERE NOT REALLY THE QUALITY OF WHAT THEY SHOULD HAVE BEEN. THE PIECES WERE GREAT AND THE WAY IT WAS DESIGNED FOR MY SPECIFIC NEEDS. THAT'S ALL GREAT, BUT THE ACTUAL INSTALLERS WERE NOT AS GREAT. MY CLOSET IS GREAT. THE DESK PART OF IT AND WORK AREA THEY KIND OF DROPPED THE BALL ON A FEW THINGS THERE.
