Fantastic job!! I would give Certa Pro 10 stars if that was an available option. Chris Williams and his team were wonderful to work with. After choosing the paint colors, Chris aslo provided a rendering of what it would look like- vs .me guessing.- very helpful- This job involved replacing wood on the exterior and then painting the 4 levels- Scaffolding was also involved as part of the project. Chris was always accessible with any questions I had. The supervisor, Oscar, was also a delight to work with. They showed up on time every day, cleaned up daily, provided excellent customer service. Besides doing a great job, the price was also very reasonable. I would highly recommend this company to all.

I could not have got this job done if it wasn't for this company Chris Williams in particular stuck his neck out and provided excellent communication skills that could have not gotten done without him.

Painting and patching were done very well. Where some problems arose, they were takien cre of immediately.

CertaPro is terrific! From when Stephen came to my home to do a very detailed estimate, to when the painters walked out after the last touch-up was done, they were professional, they were courteous and they did an amazing job. They even went above and beyond to take care of minor details I didn't think of, and handled a difficult accent wall with tremendous ease. I'm sure they you could save a few bucks by going with a cheaper painter, but I believe you pay for what you get. And if you want beautiful walls painted the right way, the FIRST time, with no hassles, CertaPro is definitely the way to go.

In painting the exterior, Manny and Feliz were neat, punctual, reliable, thorough. amd followed the planned schedule. The end result was excellent. The porta-potty was a great convenience!

I am super picky, & the work that CertaPro did in the interior of my 2bed/2bath, using 4 colors and 1 accent color, looked really great. There were a few spots where there was some over-spray, but it wasn't a big deal. I would advise establish good communication with the painters re: details on moving furniture. They moved a dresser and bookshelf fully loaded (heavy!), which caused the backing on each piece come loose & need to be re-secured/re-attached or else the whole thing would potentially fall apart. The painters didn't mention it. I discovered it after the fact & had to ask them to come back and fix it (which they did).

The project was professionally handled from the start to the end. When we needed other areas to be painted, they immediately showed up and finished the job. The end result was a beautiful job!

What impressed me the most about Certapro was their timeliness. They told me they would show up at 7:30am everyday to do their work and sure enough everyday for almost two weeks, they showed up right on time and ready to work. The workers were all nice and they did good work. Price was decent. I would hire them again.

Certapro painted the exterior trim of our house. We have not had the interior painted yet, but we will use Certapro when we do. On the Exterior trim they stayed with the job until finished. They patched where needed and did a great job. We do get compliments on our house. JM, Huntington Beach

Pros: Stephen is friendly, prompt and easy to talk to. Cons: Chipped our new countertop. Masking was poorly done leaving over-spay on the door, wall and trim. One of the workers was sloppy and made silly mistakes, like letting the end of the sprayer come undone, spraying primer on the exterior gate, cement and garage door.

CertaPro of Santa Monica (Stephen) was absolutely fantastic! Being first time homeowners, my wife and I extensively research everything (and everyone) before pulling the trigger on hiring a painting company. And I must say...Stephen (CertaPro of Santa Monica) was absolutely superb and he/they lived up to all of their STELLAR reviews online!! First step, Stephen (the owner) comes to your home to give you an accurate estimate/quote - He shows up on time, is incredibly methodical, is professional, bonded, insured, works with bilingual employees, and is VERY flexible - I needed either 7am or 8pm time slots, and he was able to make all work. Stephen's pricing is also very competitive and fair, and he possesses great knowledge and expertise. For our main rooms, we used a specialty color...which is essentially a pain-in-the-butt, rustic looking, Ralph Lauren paint which takes multiple coats, specialty brushes, and a specific way of painting to achieve the desired effect. Stephen re-watched the Ralph Lauren videos in preparation for our estimate and was prepared to speak to us about how best to execute our job, the length of time it would entail, and the pricing. His employees showed up on time everyday, we're great, went the extra mile, were meticulous to ensure that all our walls and base boards had perfectly sharp lines, stayed late on the last day to complete final touchups, cleaned all work spaces (perfectly, I may add) and were very nice to speak to. All in all, A+ company, will definitely be using them again and telling all of my friends, colleagues and clients who are ever in need - about CertaPro of Santa Monica. Stephen and his crew were great! Every appointment was kept. The painters arrived promptly each morning and worked hard all day. They showed special consideration for our elderly dog. They were a pleasure to have working on our home. We've received many positive comments from our neighbors on what a great job they did.
