It's been a while so I don't remember the details but since Angie's List keeps bugging me to do a review...
The company was invariably punctual and quality of the work was very good. At the time, Gerry asked us to pick up the fixtures and tiles ourself so the total cost is predominately for labor. I would definitely use this contractor again.

He arrived when he said he would and spent more hours than he had anticipated because of unexpected issues (water filter, hole where sink had sat had not been cut properly in the past, etc.). I did not feel right paying him according to his original quote because the job took him longer than he'd expected, so I paid him more and felt very good about it. Indeed, I had to leave the house before he was finished, and I felt comfortable letting him lock up when he was done. I highly recommend him!
