Bill Jordan was fantastic to work with. In this particular case Bill had to demo the top floor and remove everything. A very messy job, yet every evening the floors would be swept and the place would be left clean. The job was very architecturally specific and Bill did an amazing job framing the rooms that were extremely particular. Then Bill brought in his team. All of his tradesmen were great. I would recommend all of them. They were all reliable, timely and professional. Bill finished in the time frame we had discussed.

He is a pleasure to work with. He's always good humored, skilled, and honest. I can't recommend him highly enough.

This is one of many jobs Bill Jordan has done for us. He also redid our kitchen, our basement which was a grungy bonus room and garage into a remarkable space. We've run out of rooms to renovate right now but if we were going to do anything more I would call Bill quickly to book him.

I love having Bill around the house because of his pleasant, upbeat attitude. Those qualities are really just window dressing, of course, because the most important factor in a contractor is the quality of his work. He is scrupulously honest, has a strong work ethic and a high sense of responsibility; Bill's sense of right and wrong comes through in his daily work habits, his choice of sub-contractors and his conversations about life and work. He is wonderful at talking through a construction problem - presenting options at every price level and being straight with the customer about how a situation will play out. I appreciate his experience and breadth of knowledge. Bill has worked around our home on and off for over 12 years - from little to large scale projects, he solves problems and sweeps in when we are ready to make changes. In fact, we call him 'the water-detective' because when there is a leak, he is great at figuring out how the water is getting in. And making sure it stops!

Bill is the rare type of contractor who owns every project he takes on. His work is impeccable.
He was always on-site, he kept his word around completion dates on all phases of the re-model.
His crew are absolute professionals, whose work was flawless.
Bill was always willing to discuss, explain and make changes as we progressed.
And, he managed the difficulties of having us on site - living - through the last half of the project.
We would highly recommend Bill.

I decided to call Bill Jordan out of the blue based on a single Angle's list review and it was the smartest thing I could have ever done. He recommended an architect whom we were extremely happy with and throughout the process did everything in his power to be helpful, unobtrusive and efficient. Again, I can't stress enough the quality of his workmanship. You just can't find that kind of quality and care nowadays. Every single subcontractor he brought in (and there weren't many because he does a lot of the work himself) was friendly and efficient. And Bill was always available, on time and ready with good ideas and suggestions. And since he only works on one large project at a time he was at our property every day without fail, updating me on the status and getting the work done in a timely manner. I would have no hesitation whatsoever recommending him to the most meticulous homeowner, as his work is at an unparalleled level.

Bill helped from soup to nuts - assisting in the design and guiding us through to the very last decision about paint color. He did a spectacular job, and was always a pleasure to have around. His bids were more than fair, his subcontractors (plumbers, electricians, tile masons) have worked with him for over fifteen years and are all reliable, excellent craftspeople. We have used him for other, smaller projects as well and are always pleased with the quality of the work. He likes to work alone so the house is never over run with workmen, and the impact on normal family life is minimal.
