Dan is a very experienced and knowledgeable appraiser. He helped my husband and I in determining the accurate value of the home we were looking to purchase as the sellers listed price exceeded the bounds of the current comps in the neighborhood. We now feel confident presenting our offer along with Dan s appraisal to showcase why we believe the house is not worth the owner s estimate.
