Description of Work: The proprietor checked our a/c and when he could not identify the problem, declined payment. We were perfectly willing to pay $100 for the assessment but he refused, since no repair work had been done. He was also patient and clear when explaining the problem we were encountering. Honesty is so refreshing in the auto repair world. We will definitely use this garage in the future.

Description of Work: I have used AE German and had been with Jerry for over 20 years. I loved, loved, loved taking my BMW to his shop and was so sad the day I had to move to a different type of car for work purposes because I knew it meant not being able to use Jerry's services any longer. They are wonderful, I never had any problems with them, they always took my car right away and I felt extremely comfortable with every and anything they did. Jerry is really super and knows what he's talking about. I always refer friends with BMWs to AE German because I think so highly of Jerry and his staff and know that my friends will always get superior care. Price points are excellent, given the type of cars they service.

+ -1 moreMy engine light came on and the car felt sluggish. Since I drive a lot in LA traffic, I was worried that my car was going to stall on the freeway. Eventhough they were very busy due to the holiday weekend coming up, the mechanic took the time to diagnose the problem and explain it to me. I will go back and have him fix it when I return from vacation and I feel confident that he will do a good job.

They fix everything right the first time, so it is worth the wait and they have not taken more than a day to fix it. They are very pleasant and organized. The place is clean and immaculate which is a big thing for me. I have older cars and they keep both my cars going.
