Window Works

Alex is the owner and did the work himself.  He is very friendly and did an excellent job.  The whole job took 2 days, the front door was done on one day and the side garage door on the other.  I am very satisfied with the installation.  The doors open and close smoothly and feel very solid.  Weather stripping was installed and there is a good seal around the doors.  The product Alex installed, Plastpro doors, are a very good quality.  I highly recommend Alex and Window Works.

Sales was a little shady, in that they did not want to honor their coupons. Installation was very good. Windows are inexpensive and perform as such.

I was interested in replacing an 8' slider that probably came with the house built in 1959. I contacted Alex, owner of Window Works, to see what he had to offer. I used Window Works once before about a year ago for a few replacement windows and a slider. Alex came in, took measurements and listened to what I was after. He called back a few days later and shared that he had a floor model French door that was new, but had been around for a year or two but was spectacular. If I was interested he could offer it to me for about the same price as a new slider. I told him I was so he stopped by with a picture which sold me. We scheduled installation and Alex, once again, arrived on schedule and did an outstanding job. I am very satisfied with Alex, his offerings, services and suggestions and will definitely call Window Works the next time I need replacement windows or doors.

The windows were installed in one day. The second day they completed sealing the windows. The owner and partner did all the work. Their workmanship was excellent, everything happened as promised. They were a pleasure to work with and even helped us remove a hide-a-bed from one of the rooms that could only go out through the window opening. They replaced all the blinds and left the house looking spotless.
