i called Monday the 24 of August 2015 for them to come give me an estimate for work needed to be done. Appt was set for 1pm Wed, Aug. 26,2015. They did not show up and I waited 45 minutes before calling and they told me Joe the guy I spoke to did not tell him anything about the call. We then tried to work out days this week to do the work but it could not work out since I had a committment  the next morning. Very unprofessional.

I would give them the highest grading. They're very efficient. Their cost depends on the square footage. The owner got on and worked with his crew. It was clean. The carpet work that they did was outstanding. They did an excellent job. I can't say more about them but they're great. He kept track of his appointments and he's on time.

He has worked for us for over two years. They are the only ones we allow for cleaning. Mike is the owner and he is excellent! He does much of the work himself. They are wonderful and can get anything done for you. He is very efficient and easy to work with. We leave keys underneath the mats as he is very trustworthy. We feel he is very competitive in his prices.
