SG came out right away, identified that the previous owner of the house damaged the window seal. They repaired it and we havent seen any other leaks.

It didn't happen overnight because the pulleys had to be ordered. Took a little longer than I expected but I am very pleased to have windows that open and close again.

Everything went well.  He was here at the appointment time and finished his work in a timely manner.  Very professional.

Responsive; within a few days had it measured and glass ordered (old style - not in there inventory) and replaced in about a week or so.

The owner of the company (Michael Frazier) came out and did the measuring of the two old windows that needed replacing.  I made the decision with his help as to the type of window and style that would work best in that location. His office assistant sent us the estimate of the cost to replace the windows with my selection very soon after the measuring was done.  Then, just to be sure, Mr. Frazier sent his installer (Jim Hale) out to do a second measuring.  A few days later, I gave permission to proceed with the ordering to the office assistant and provided my credit card number as a deposit on the windows.  The windows were ordered that day and installed about two weeks later.  The installation was very efficient, but it took a little longer to actually schedule a day for the work to be done to a day when I could be there.  I was very pleased with the installation of the windows and the work that the installer had to do to repair damaged wood on our framing area.  The installer hauled away the old windows and damaged window frame pieces.  He was very good about cleaning up after himself.  I paid by check when the work was complete and a final bill was sent to me.

We are very happy with the installation and the windows. They were extremely fast, but didn't skimp on doing the job professionally.  Clean, didn't destroy anything, and I would recommend them to others.

It was a pretty good deal because I had 3 different people come in and gave me estimates. They came in and did it. They got it done about 2 and half hours and they're really nice with the windows. They actually had to rush because there's a storm coming in. They came in the morning and got it done before the rain came in. They didn't seem to be that rush. There were 2 gentlemen and they were all pleasant. I gave them a down payment first, about $360 or something. And then they gave the work on the line. The windows were really nice. They open and close really well and they're thick. They're everything I asked for. The price was really good that they were definitely scratched off. This was the best price. The windows are awesome. They could stand having another person in the office but other than that, he was fine. It just took them a while to get on the phone. They said they would be here immediately and they made it like 3 weeks before they could do the work.I would definitely call them for an estimate.

They were very quick to respond to my inquiry. The owner came out to my house and was very helpful in answering all of my questions. He identified options for the retrofit and brought up possible issues based on the original home construction. He said that they would be careful to prevent damage to the stucco work that was improperly installed below the door but couldn't promise it could be saved. His honesty was much appreciated. Following his visit we were provided a quote in short order. Their quote was much lower than the two other quotes I received. We hired them and scheduled the work. They showed up on time and were very professional. They made quick time and provided great work. Everything came out great and we love our new doors. I'd definitely recommend their service and would call them first for future projects.

These guys were awesome in every way. Arrived on time, explained everything, told me the price and NO hidden charges.

Michael and his team were very professional, courteous and knowledgeable. The installers went about their job with purpose while also respecting the sanctity of our home. The result is a fantastic improvement in both appearance and performance and we've already noticed a significant reduction in heater cycling. Clearly we are going to save some $ on energy costs.
