Jeff and his team were professional and guided us through all phases. He knew our budget and provided excellent choice to ensure the experience we desired was met. I joined Angie's List to get guidance on a number of potential services. Adding a tv to a wall and connecting cable was one. I read the reviews and chose this organization. Kevin was prompt, professional, gave excellent explanations, asked my advise and included my wishes in the final installation. We were so comfortable with him we showed him our brainstorming for future work in the house. He looked in the crawl space, made suggestions and gave us an estimate. We are calling him back for a second job. Responsible young man - someone you can trust.

I found myself in a rush for time to get some wiring done for my home theater and networking. I found Safe n Sound off of Angie's List and contacted Jeff to get a quote. He and his assistant were able to run the cabling in my ceiling as requested in just over two hours. It was a life saver.

Jeff is very responsive and arrived on time for every appointment. When we have a question he responds quickly and will drop by the house to refresh our memories on how to use a component or to check out a potential problem. He is very knowledgable, honest and personable. We had a problem with the speakers in the ceiling and thankfully he discovered the problem was not with the speakers but with a setting on the amplifier. He does not nickle and dime you. Great guy, great service. Highly recommended
