Amazing. Best cleaning service I've used over the past 10 years, and I love Darlene's passion about her small business. They do awesome move-out cleans - and since I'm a prior military white glove girl, I can say the move-out clean is always impressive. The regular house cleaning service cost a little more than competition, so I tried other services which never did as well as Royal with the small details. I expect perfection, so needless to say, I'm a tough customer and Royal is the only cleaning service I can confidently recommend in my area if top quality is your goal.

The house was cleaned, dusted and vacuumed. Kitchen counters, floor were washed and all metal appliances were polished and shiny.
It is nice to come home to a clean house.

Nothing was really badly done, most was average and little was outstanding. Little was moved to vacuum beneath, possibly the weakest point as it was possible to see underneath in some cases, like small, four legged tables. Overall, it was acceptable.

They do at least as well as other services we have used and we have to intention of changing.

Very responsive and accommodating in scheduling. Punctual and reasonable cost for service. Very happy with work done and will highly recommend carpet service.

The employees are on time each week. If they are running late, I get a phone call.I have had them a year and have no plans of changing.

They were prompt, thorough, they even helped my son load a fridge on his truck. They came on a Sunday evening to give me an estimate and were out the next day to do the work. We were very pleased with their excellent service

They called the day prior to see if they could come an hour early, which worked out great for me. They were on time and got started right away. The owner of the company showed the employees what she expected of them (walked through the whole house) and was very thorough in her explanations. She was training a new woman and it seemed to go well. The owner left and the employees seemed to know exactly what they needed to be doing and worked hard even without their boss watching. My 4 year old is rather obsessed with anyone doing work at or around our house so I did my best to keep him from following them around, but they were very pleasant with him and didn't seem to mind (at least they didn't indicate a problem which was nice of them- it was the highlight of his day!). I had to do some computer work in our office during the cleaning so the fact that they were very quiet (except for the expected noises- vacuum, etc, of course) was much appreciated. Very little talking amongst themselves, as well- very professional. The cleaning was very good. They were thorough and did not cut corners. The special treatment on the shower door didn't make a significant difference, but I really wasn't expecting it to since the build-up was from years and years of hard water prior to when we moved in. I was glad they tried : ) The kitchen looks great, they oiled the cabinets and the microwave was spotless. The owner came back at the end of the cleaning and literally walked around the house swiping her finger along surfaces to make sure they were clean! Very high standards- love it! The only negative I can really come up with is that I had to put quite a few little items back where they belonged (ie: items on counters, some small kitchen appliances/items ended up re-arranged), but I really don't count that as much of a negative since it just means that they took the time to move it to clean underneath. Also, I noticed a few heavy sighs from at least one of the girls when they made it to the office where I was working, but even that doesn't count for much since I would have been in a heap on the floor working as hard as they did! They completed the whole house in about 2 1/2 hours (a total of 3 girls, two regulars and one trainee). The price paid was excellent considering the work completed.

They do an excellent job. We experienced a flood from an overflowing toilet and were out of the house for eight weeks. When, we started services again, they came in a day after Service Master's Cleaning Crew and did a superior job.

They started with the whole house thorough cleaning and they did an excellent job with that. The owner of the company came and did the whole house cleaning. I started using her on a regular basis now. She hires workers through an appointment agency, so she doesn't have to worry about getting the work done nor do I. They always come on time and they do a good job. Two of them come and do the cleaning. It seems that what they do and what I get out of that is reasonable.

Darlene quickly returned my call regarding desired housecleaning services, She came to assess the job at the appointed time and agreed to use my cleaning products (a necessity since I am chemically sensitive). The first time was slightly more expensive, I am very happy with them because they are willing to work with my schedule, use my products, work quickly, and the house looks great when they leave.
