Two servicemen from Rick's Appliance arrived on time.  They examined the dryer, replaced the drying element, cleaned inside the dryer and pulled the dryer out and cleaned behind for me.  They suggested I have the dryer cleaned inside at least every year to reduce the possibility of fire.  Total cost was about $90.  Friends thought I would have to get a new dryer....it was fixed for under $100!  I was very happy with the service and will have them back whenever I have a problem with any of my appliances...and of course will have them back at least once a year to examine and clean my dryer.

Rick and his partner arrived on time and were very professional. The team seemed very knowledgable of the model however, after seeing a code error he hadn't seen before on our refrigerator, he used resources like the Internet and other repairmen to quickly understand the issue. He was able to troubleshoot the issue and fix it in a very short time. Great job.

The technician arrived and had the problem diagnosed quickly. He had the part with him, installed it and performed several checks of the dryer and it is now working fine. Excellent job Richard!

The service man was very polite, knowledgeable and provided information on how to avoid another incident. The price was well under what I expected to pay, which was a nice surprise. I highly recommend them and will definitely use them again.

It was delivered within the 2 hour window promised, very professionally, new in and old out. So far, a good experience.

He could replace the motor on the old dishwasher or I could buy a new one. I decided to buy a new one. He said if I would like it he would pick up the new one for me, install it, take away the old one, all for significantly less than if I had to pay Sears for installation and delivery. That's the plan.

Rick came and ran the necessary tests, and diagnosed the problem quickly. He came prepared with the parts, replaced them quickly, ran confirmation tests and the job was done. This all happened after more than 10 efforts by Sears to correct the problem, Rick did the job in just one visit.

Very professional! Very promplt! The guys arrived as scheduled. Upon inspection of the area where the dishwasher was to be attached, the guys realized they didn't have the correct hoses with which to completely install and hook up the dishwasher. (I live in an old house, so the pipes/fittings were a bit and quot;differentand quot;.) A couple of days later, they returned, and the job was completed without further delay. Moreover, even though I live 25 miles from their shop, Rick's Appliances did not charge a second fee for their second trip. Sadly, I cannot remember the crew members' names. I also cannot recall the office manager's name; she was so VERY helpful. I was extremely pleased with the entire transaction.

We own a rental home in Nipomo and live out of the area. Rick's was very accomodating, handled most of the details over the phone, worked around our tenants work schedule, and followed up with a call to confirm the ending result. We will definitely use them in the future.

Work was scheduled as soon as I called at a time that accommodated my work schedule. Technician arrived right on schedule. He immediately diagnosed extreme build up of scum in and around my washer barrel as the cause of the smelly machine. He took it all apart and cleaned it thoroughly and efficiently. I've learned something about maintaining washing machines, and my laundry smells better now.
