Richard came out the day we called, came early, did a speedy job of identifying the problem, and had everything with him to fix it.  He even protected our hardwood floor while pulling the refrigerator out.  He had it all taken care of in an hour.  We were very pleased with him.

"At times customers mistake us for a different company similar to our name. Looking back at our manifest we did not have customer on our schedule in the past several months as a scheduled appointment for service in her area. Its possible customer may have had the wrong company."

He is really good and really reasonable. He came up late at night. I called him he came right up and did the job and give me one heck of a deal. He is just an outstanding person. He is real personable and reasonable and he is very efficient. He went over and above what he was called up to do. I would use them again.
