somewhere else.

We purchased our home three years ago and loved everything about it except the windows. They were the old aluminum type and air and mositure had no problem making it into our house. We contacted Radco about replacement windows and they sent a salesman to our home within 3 days of the call. He explained all of our options going from the lowest price to the higest end replacement windows they sold. He was very good at pointing out the features of all of the windows and wasn't high presssure in any way. We had spoken to some other companies and really liked the premium windows that Radco offered. We were set up for install with the work set to start 3 weeks from the date the contract was signed. Two work crews arrived on the date that was selected and they were very effecient...removing the old windows and installing the new all in one day. They were very clean while working inside the house, leaving all areas as spotless as when they came (they vacumed all of their areas). The price agreed on was what we paid and there were no surprises during the install or at the end. We are very pleased with our windows (no more moisture, air flow, or noise from the outside) and will gladly do business with Radco again.
