Planet oath is the most horrible company. They started the job it took months to even finish a simple task. There left debris laying around and my kids tripped and cut themselves. They never finished the job and when I called Roberto the owner or Wendy they blocked my number I have a $4000 true up bill because the batteries aren’t working at night I’m paying for pgne and solar I made a complaint with the better business bureau and Roberto hasn’t replied to them either. He and his company the people the product they push the service they have are all horrible. I got text messages and proof to back up my claims DONT BOTHER WITH THESE LIARS AND SNAKES

This has been a nightmare. We had planet oath install panels on our home beginning of March. The seller Gus was was nice seemed very knowledgeable reassured us the panels would be installed in the location confirmed that he would be there for the install.. I came home and had 15 ugly panels on the front of my home wrong location! We do not get front sunlight. Then no one would return calls or messages. No supervisor to explain the mess up the seller had no idea why that was done… now they have ghosted us and job is incomplete not not fixed. We have panels sitting there. I would never recommend this company. The website even has a wrong out of service number. They are the biggest scam! If they come knocking on your door slam the door in Their face!

I'm sorry [Member Name Removed] for your miscommunication with another sales rep but he has nothing to do with me and I always handle my clients with professionalism, respect, care, and making sure that if they ask for something it gets done. we're out own licensed contractors and have to manage ourselves and he should be treating you with respect. if you ever want to call me I'm always here to try and clear up this situation. not all reps handle business like this in sales."

Presentation was professional even though Matt was fairly new. Prompt Install, and interconnection to grid went smooth. Wished the utility company would have synchronized faster, but that was out of Planet Earth Control.
