Pat's has been servicing my vehicles for years, including an RV. They are highly skilled, stand behind their work, AAA approved shop that I have always been able to trust.

My check engine light came on and Pat's performed the diagnostic
and estimated a price for service. Since it is a much older car they
suggested several avenues that might be better than repairing the
vehicle at this time since the problem was not safety related or
interfering with the running of the car. They refused to charge me for
this and just are keeping the and quot;ticketand quot; open if I decide to make the
repair. I was very impressed with their advice and professionalism. I will
go back to Pat's in the future for any car mechanic services.

They told me that all was ok and gave me approx dates I may need to recheck. They told me I did not need braakes yet as they were ok for awhile longer

They ended up fixing my leak in the transmission. They repaired brake light, rotated tires, changed oil, and did an overall check on the list. They were within $6.00 of the initial estimate. They are are all very friendly and couldn't be more happy with the company. I would recommend them to everyone that has car trouble.

I made an appointment for 7:45 a.m. and specified that I needed to wait for the car to be serviced. I took my car in at the specified time and my car was ready in approximately 90 minutes. The service agents were highly professional. The waiting room was very clean - cleaner than many fast-food restaurants I have been in.
I will definitely take my car to Pat's in the future, and will recommend Pat's Automotive to others.
