The 2 ladies on the team were very efficient and hard working. They didn't waste any time. I would happily rehire either of them. The owner wanted to talk all the time. She organized the folding to work as if only one person were working at it. She wanted other person to just listen to her stories and just wait for her to fold and then hand her the item to put each piece one at a time into a bag. The loud talking disturbed the elderly senior in the next room. When I said something, she did lower her voice some but the entertaining stories continued. She did reluctantly then let the other woman get to work folding. The items were not organized in the way that I asked. She brought in a big dirty commercial rag mop and rolling bucket of dirty water to "clean" my kitchen floor. I couldn't wait til they left to use some disinfectant on it. She insisted on using her vacuum which had a very dirt filled brush head on it. She made it clear she would not use my very good and clean vacuum with the beater accessory. Luckily I've had the carpet steam cleaned since. In cleaning the kitchen, she started grabbing the medications and throwing them into a big plastic bag with food she pulled from cupboards without checking with me. I did not want them emptied. She stood yakking and rubbing a single big piece of glass cutting board for 15 minutes while the other 2 ladies politely listened to their boss and did a good deal less than they did when she wasn't here.
