My wife went to him for an examination. It didn't turn out to be a major issue. She liked him and thought the service was good. She was happy with them and the outcome.

After a few visits with my NP/ doctor trying to get my thyroid in check they finally referd me to Dr. Lai. It was a wonderful experience. He was very professional, polite, informitive and on time. One of the best Doctor experiences I've ever had. I did get reschduled twice, but it was worth the wait. I feel I have a doctor who has great knowedge, communicates, willing to answer questions, Asks if you have any questions!!!! I will continue using him form my Thyroid health.
