The provider called the day before to confirm the service. The service took place on a Saturday. The provider arrived punctually and was professional throughout the service. The provider cleaned an extra room for no charge. The provider cleaned up after service.

All the dirt out of the carpet actually went back into the carpet. They said they were going to come back to fix it, they never did. They would also call and call to ask if I needed work periodically.
