They handled that fine.
The car didn't pass. Oops!
They made it seem like it was gonna be long, complicated and that they would need DAYS to repair the car because it would take such a long time to clear the diagnostic codes.
They said they would know more after doing a full diagnostic, for $368..... That price seemed really high to us so we called around. Everyone else's diagnostic was only between $110-115.
