Griffin Plumbing was thankfully very quick to respond. I loved the office staff who kept us informed of exactly when the technician would arrive. The leak was repaired in about three hours. Although we were very happy with the quality of service the price seems way too high. They don't itemize their charges but the materials couldn't have cost more than $200 (and I'm being generous here) which means we paid $550 for three hour of labor, a good part of which was spent picking up extra parts. Note that this was the middle of the day on a weekday, not an off time which might have required an extra fee. I will not be using them again.

The whole process from arrival to estimate to work performed to wrap-up was very professionally executed. Our service was performed by James Chenault who couldn't have been more accommodating in explaining what happened and, more importantly, what I can do to help prevent future leakage. He replaced the pressure relief valve and improved the drain that handles water leaks. I'd call them again.

They're great people. They did a good job. It was all done very professionally. He used all quality parts, stainless steel. I can't complain about him at all, very good guy. He's a little bit high but he does quality work.

They spent a week digging up the front heard to find the leak. Our front yard was flooded with water. They worked hard and were determined to find the problem. They fixed the leak and life went back to normal.

This gem of a company gets outstanding marks on all levels. The tech and helper found and repaired a leak from our irrigation line Chris was excellent at explaining as he worked and he thoroughly answered all my questions. As a new customer, there was a one time diagnosis fee of $59.00--but I felt this was quite reasonable. There was a mini home inspection included - worth the $59.00 for that alone.
After the leak was found, the cost to repair it was presented in an straightforward manner. I consider this to be a topnotch plumbing company that I will be relying on for all our plumbing needs.

Temporarily repaired the copper supply line with a rubber clamp,
then returned after restoration and made a permanent fix to the pipe.
The leak was in a very hard to get to area, but they persevered until it was repaired.
Although expensive, they were very professional in all aspects of the job.

with the results of the job.

I contacted the company and after they figered what they needed to do they got right on the situation and got the situation done. They offered to return if necessary but it was not needed. I am most happy with the outcome. They are a good oufit to deal with.

Two pumbers arrived dressed for work with all tools and parts for the jobs with them. They were extremly professional, knew what the jobs envolved and charged exactly as estamated.They coved there shoes with paper botties before going to work and aways had them on in the house when working, These gentalmen worked consistantly in a professional frindly manner and were a pleasure have in my home. I would hire them again. I might add all work done by them was top shelf with the finest of parts. They may be a little more pricy but you are getting top quality plubling done to code.

it was described before the project was started.....and they did what they said they would do
the trenching was done by 2 young men (by shovels NOT by a trenching/excavating motorized equipment)
it was a difficult trenching job - 30+ years of tree roots and landscaping
they did their best to destroy/dig up/uproot as little of the landscaping as possible
estimate was 2 days and it was done in 2 days
