The guy (Scott) was very good, he knew exactly where to look for problem. Did not try to upsell for new unnecessary improvements (I am chemical engineer, so pumps and tanks are not a mystery for me). I actually was ready to get new pressure switches but guy suggested just to clean my old ones and they will work as new. When was the last time someone cared about saving money for you and not just replace with new item which is a faster fix? I asked couple more things to show me with well system setup and even though it was 6 pm at night he did not rush, took time to fix couple more potential issues that we found and was very courteous. I will call Fischer Pump for all my future well/pumping needs, that's for sure.
