My furnace was not turning on. After ruling out the thermostat I had some trouble locating the authorized service center (the heater is less than two years old, still under warranty). I finally contacted the company that sold me my mobile home and they gave me Evans Plumbing & Heating. I first called the main number and got a recording. Nobody ever called back. A few days later I called the cell phone (which is stated in the voice recording) and immediately got a real person. We ran over the symptoms and the troubleshooting indicators on the heater and scheduled an appointment for the next day. He arrived promptly and replaced the part. He tested it and it was fine. Because the heater was under warranty I did not pay anything. The service person - I think he owns the company - was courteous, prompt, friendly, and professional.
