His price was unbelievable and at first it went very well. Service started dropping off a little as time went on though, and when I asked about it, he stated that it was miscommunication and that we had not agreed to certain things. I think it was just bid too cheap and then instead of coming to me when I noticed some things that weren't getting done and saying he just couldn't do it for that price, the service really dropped off in the end. I think he was not happy with what he took on, and as I am very busy and not around the house that much, we would miss each other and the communications turned to emails. We parted ways in mutual agreement.

He promptly answered the phone (as he does always) when I first called and arranged for him to give us an estimate he came over immediately. He is so efficient in every detail to our yard. Since we have continued to use him for bi monthly law maintence we recently had him do another front and back yard clean up and he did a beautiful job. He gives seniors a discount which helps with those seniors on a fixed income but are unable like us to do the yardwork.
We know we can count on him to do an excellent job and I highly recommend him.

I called one service from Angie' s list and they did not call back till the end of the day to say they no longer do residental so I called John the owner of Early Bird Landscaping and Maintenance. He happened to be at Home Depot which is close to our house and he came over immediately for a free estimate. We went over what needed to be done in front and back and he suggested some things I had not thought of. His obvious 30+ years experience shows. When we returned from a out of town hospital visit we were so pleased how everything looked. He did more than we expected and so pleased at the quality of and extent of his work. He answers you call immediately which is great. Our rose trees where pruned and weeds pulled graww between the cracks on driveway killed and everything neat as a pin. We are so pleased that we are using John for bi monthly lawn maintence and hope down the line for him to do some planting for next year.
John gives seniors a discount which I am sure is a big help to people who can not longer do their yardwork but are on a fixed income.
