My experience with them was horrible. They didn't the job as promised and I was greatly overcharged by them. They oversold their abilities. Before they actually were on the job, they were easy to get a hold of, but once the job starts they could disappear for days or even weeks at a time. The reasons why I didn't sue them is because we have neutral friends. I would not use them in the future.
