Poncho and his crew were extraordinarily friendly too work with and took the extra time to make sure all our question and concerns were addressed or answered on the spot. They were extremely professional and really put the entire stress of our project to ease. Aside from the crews, the office staff was extremely nice and very responsive, their estimation team even went the extra mile to propose cheaper alternatives for us in meeting budget requirements. Phenomenal experience with this company.

Horribly. Their technician did something wrong & a system that was working stopped working after he performed the annual maintenance. They sent someone else to to fix it (unsuccessfully) and their solution was to replace our control pad at a substantial cost. I called another company for a second opinion & when the owner of Cal-Coast found out he called & chastised me for not allowing him to fix the problem. FYI - the 2nd company fixed the problem & it had nothing to do with the control panel.

Air conditioning failed on a retail building in an area that required constant temp. due to monitoring system computers - an emergency in the opinion of the commercial tenant. We called Cal-Coast in the morning and they were there, as promised, right after lunch. The tech, Jeff, was knowledgeable, very courteous and had the problem fixed very quickly. He answered the building owner's questions about the A/C unit and confirmed that maintenance was up-to-date. The billing for services was entirely reasonable. We would highly recommend this company!
