BIG BRAND TIRES

They're very nice and helpful. They were very fast too. Their price was good. We showed up and they're right there to help us out and then get me out pretty quick.

• It's just peachy when ever I'm in to buy a new set of tire's but every time I need to take one back for something wrong it is the same thing " leave it with us and we will try to get to it by the end of the day or you will need to make an appointment and when we get you in then you will still need to leave it with us for of couple hours. and to have some Kid working the counter come running out the door when a customer walks out in discussed with this place expressing to the clerk that if they cant find the time to fix the leak in my wife's tire I will be buy my tires from another place and they can go f*** them self's, to have the clerk run out the door after me to confront me for telling him off is so out of line I will make it a priority to see this store fail in MY TOWN... My next step will be to inform every member of the Santa Maria Club at our next Stag night, just the way I feel about Big Brand Tire's...

Got a good uote while useing their FREE tire repair service and when I was ready so were they and price was still good. Excellent and quick service.

I went to Big Brand after an office neighbor at work suggested this company. I purchased four new tires, balance, nitrogen, etc. Everything went well, on time, etc. The last step was to reset the tire pressure monitoring system. I was told that their device they use to reset the system was not working. The employee told me to go to the dealership and tell them to reset the system and bill it to Big Brand. I did not say anything at the time because I thought I could reset the system myself. I later found out I could not. There is no way I would go to another business and tell them to perform a service and to charge it to someone else. I went back in March 2011 to have the tires rotated. This service was included in the package I bought with the new tires. I told the service representative that the tire pressure indicator was reporting two of the tires had low pressure. I further explained that since they had put Nitrogen (with my consent) in when I bought the tires, I was unsure if I could put air in with the Nitrogen. He said they would take care of it. The total bill on the rotation visit was zero. I drove away and noticed the tire pressure system was reporting the same two tires with the same low pressure. I drove to a gas station, pulled out my tire gauge and verified that the pressure the SUV was reporting was correct and low. I filled the tires with air to the manufactures suggested tire pressure. The tire pressure indicator went off. It appears that management at Big Brand is not providing enough oversight of their staff. Therefore, I am done with the company. This may not seem like a big deal to many folks, however, I paid big bucks for the tires with the super-duper warranty and Big Brand can't even verify the correct tire pressure is in each tire even after that was the customer's request.
