 + -1 moreAfter delivery we noticed that one of the drawers was broken. No one would call us back from the service department. When we called the store, they called the customer service center. They told us the part would be in within a week. After a couple of months the part was still not there. After several calls finally go ahold of someone and they said the service guy would be here today, and no one showed up after setting an appointment to get the work done. I took the day off of work and the day is wasted.
Description of Work: Purchased a bedroom set from them.
