 + 0 moreWaylan is a personable guy with a lot of knowledge about tile installation. He arrived on schedule and soon figured out how to fit one toilet back under a narrow tile counter after installing the tile on a cement slab. He was able to grind parts of the lid and lay it back on top of the toilet: problem solved. A very methodical worker and expert grouter, Waylan removed all the old materials and reinstalled the baseboard and doors. We're so happy to have tile instead of carpet in the bathroom!
Description of Work: Installed porcelain tile on 2 bathroom floors.

Description of Work: Bid on job for $17,000 but, when i asked Phil to do just the bathroom for now... he said he couldn't do just part of the job... but, for $50 more he would use a flawed remnant from another job that he couldn't sell as a whole piece!!! No professional ethics!
