Waylan is a personable guy with a lot of knowledge about tile installation. He arrived on schedule and soon figured out how to fit one toilet back under a narrow tile counter after installing the tile on a cement slab. DESCRIPTION OF WORK
Bid on job for $17,000 but, when i asked Phil to do just the bathroom for now... he said he couldn't do just part of the job... but, for $50 more he would use a flawed remnant from another job that he couldn't sell as a whole piece!!! No professional ethics!
