Did not do a thorough job on the floor demo. Called him back and he acted rude and childish. Also had to have the plumbing work redone because there was a small leak. Plumber stated he "would not use that in his own home" referring to a shark bite connector. I requested a refund from Mike for that part of the job and he has ignored me. He charges professional rates but does not perform professional level service. There are other miscellaneous annoying things, but not worth mentioning here.
