 + -1 moreSALESMAN FILLED PAPERWORK OUT INCORRECTLY WHICH RESULTED IN THE WRONG DOOR BEING ORDERED. THIS MEANT A REORDER AND THE SCHEDULING OF ANOTHER INSTALLATION. THEY INFERRED THAT WE HAD MADE THE MISTAKE.
