THIS COMPANY DID AN OUTSTANDING JOB AND THE RESULTS HAVE LOWERED MY ENERGY BILLS. WOULD RECOMMEND TO OTHERS TO UTILIZE INTER CITY ENERGY SYSTEMS. THEY WEATHERSTRIPED THE DOORS, AND HELPED ME FILL OUT FORMS TO RECEIVE A REBATE FROM SO CAL GAS CO.
