I have a fairly complicated roof and I had to call a number of roofing companies. This was the first estimate that I got. I called them first since I had a positive experience with the air conditioning division. This however, was a different story. The representative who came out seemed to know what he was talking about, but he made the presentation in such a high pressure way (including showing me copies of deposits in excess of $1000 from other customers which I do not believe is really "legal" according to the rules of hiring a contractor by the state), that I was really put off by the whole thing. Their estimate was in the higher mid-range too so there was no economic advantage to hiring them. Please note I had contacted the Alhambra Home Depot store but Home Depot contracts out the roofing so it is my understanding that the same group comes out no matter which store you call in the area.

THEY DID THE WHOLE THING OVER EVEN IF THEY DIDNT HAVE TO. IT TOOK THEM SO LONG. SO WE WERE LIKE ROOF LESS FOR LIKE A WEEK. THEY WERE REALLY REALLY SLOW.

THE ROOFER WAS ON TIME AND WITH HELPERS. HE WAS ALSO VERY PATIENT SINCE THEY HAD TO DO FIVE OTHER HOUSES. THEY DID A GREAT WORK.
