Workers arrived and immediately removed the water heater pipe and vent. They then proceeded to remove the unwanted plywood and replaced with new. When the job was done you could not tell that a pipe had ever been present. The workers cleaned the area thoroughly. The only detail that one needs to recognize is their warranty policy. For both jobs I had Cassady perform, on the final invoice (not the proposal), there is a statement at the bottom that clearly says..."WARRANTY...ALL WORK DONE BY CASSADY ROOFING, INC. IS NOT GUARANTEED." I hope, and all future clients would hope, that they have done, and will do, quality and exemplary work.

Since I do not live close to Cassady Roofing, I had a little wait for the service. Since the weather cooperated, I was fine with the wait. They arrived early and they were very thorough in their work performance and clean-up. I highly recommend them. A job well done!!!!!

New roof, new vents, new sky light. Roof looks good. Vents not leaking. Mom said they cleaned up great for guys and she is a clean freak so they did a great job.

They arrived timely and began to work. After taking off the old flat roof, they replaced some of the wood by installing new plywood. All of their crew knew what they were doing and the job was done by late afternoon. They even had a tool to pick up any nails which had fallen (which is much appreciated as the tenants have a dog). I was present that day and they were thorough, hard working and professional. By about 4:30 they had cleaned up and packed up without leaving any mess. When the job was at our house the building inspector knew their work and told my wife about other jobs that he had inspected that they had done. When it was time to do the rental, we had no doubts about who to have out to do the new roof and repairs, if necessary.
This is the second house that we have had them reroof.

They were on time to inspect, they submitted a bid on the date promised, they completed tear off and install as scheduled and left the property clean. They did everything they promised.

The estimate was conducted promptly on the date agreed upon. The company wrote the estimate in a professional manner detailing the work to be done and the materials to be used. The property was protected while the existing roof was removed. The workers acted carefully and responsibly. Rotted boards and other surprises not known until the roof was removed were replaced and the charge for the extra work was very reasonable. The company was careful to seal all openings into the roof. I would not hesitate to hire this company. I received two other estimates and Cassady Roofing was the lower priced and included more detail in their estimate.

They were very responsive and personable. They mean business and are cost conscious. They were very helpful too. We are still using them. We will see if the leaks hold good, as we have had a couple of things re-leak in the past when we were in Northern California. We know that is a possibility.

They were just wonderful. We waited a few months for them to get started on the job, though that was expected because of the busy season. They were very accommodating with fitting us into their schedule. Once they were on the job it was also great - they were very professional. I had a few special requests on the roof and they had no problem listening and implementing them. They came out the second day mostly for clean up and it was immaculate. They also were good to clean up as the work progressed. Finally, the estimate did come in at about the middle of the ones that I received (from $5500 to $18,000).

Jim Cassady from Cassady Roofing was very helpful in selecting the right roof for my home. He answered all my questions and was available any time I had a question. My home has a very high pitch which makes it difficult to roof. Cassady Roofing was very clean in their work. They worked very efficiently and roofed my home on a four day permit. They were excellent.

I WAS VERY PLEASED WITH THIS company, THEY CAME OUT WITHIN A WEEK OF THE ESTIMATE. THEY REPAIRED THE LEAK QUICKLY AND DIDN'T MAKE A MESS. THEY WERE VERY PROFESSIONAL.

THE CONTRACTORS WERE PROFESSIONAL. THE COMPANY RECEPTIONIST WAS VERY HELPFUL WITH DETAILS REGARDING THE CONTRACTORS WORK AND CONTRACTORS. RATES reasonable. OVERALL THE JOB WAS DONE IN A TIMELY MANNER.
