No show one day and he arrived 2 hours late the following day (Saturday). He said he did not have experience installing some of the equipment we purchased and he would send someone else or get trained to install them. He was there until 8:30 pm that night. System was to be upgraded and was not. He did not install door sensors we brought from previous home, said we didn't need them and took them with him when he left. I called Monday afternoon and asked who was going to finish job and there was not an upgrade. Repeated to supervisor what tech had said to me and my husband about his experience. Tech call me a liar and said job was complete. Our system is still not working properly. They have not come out to repair or replace as of this date.
