Al Garcia came @ 7 pm to look at the property, discuss how to fix the leak. He was a very good resource person re: filing insurance claim. We were impressed with Al and actually hired his company to do the repair of the water damage with is currently being done. Dehumidification was done and powerful fans were left in the kitchen and dining room.
