It went great. The technician was very helpful and made some suggestions for better efficiency. He was very thorough. We bought this insert from Woodstove 10 years ago and they pulled up our records. We highly recommend this company.

Excellent job.  The showroom is one of the best for fireplaces in the area and worth the drive over the hill to Santa Cruz.  The office answered questions and worked with us on finding what would work.  The contractor they recommended was very respectful to our home and did an excellent job.  Fireplace works great.

We were really satisfied. They were very knowledgeable, their warehouse is very comprehensive, they are generous with their time to educate the consumer, their service and installation department is very prompt and skilled. They are very patient with customers who ask a lot of questions.

They technicians were very helpful. The owner was very good. We were looking for different inserts and they were very helpful in making recommendations for outside the house, as to what we needed for an insert. They advised an EPA compliant unit and we had a couple of adjustment issues which needed to be worked upon. They had a few contractors who dealt with chimneys, who were very good. They were very knowledgeable and carried several types of inserts. I liked their services and will use the same in future.

THEY DID A VERY GOOD JOB AND WORKED VERY WELL WITH OUR BUSY SCHEDULE TO FIND A GREAT TIME TO PUT IN THE FIRE PLACE AND REMOVE THE OLD ONE. THE NEW FIREPLACE WORKS GREAT, VERY GOOD INVESTMENT.
