drove by their shop on word of mouth and looked over the samples in yard, then looked over book in office with pics of work, arranged a tour of house they did and was amazed how concrete becomes warm and welcoming when they do it.
Talked about stone cover of wall planning and how best to finish it. Very knowledgeable and willing to defer when asking for impossible or treatments out of their scope. Honest, great rapport.
