We established a price for work to be completed. Got an estimate. From the beginning we were in constant renegotiations regarding the amount of time spent by staff. They worked very slowly and insisted we needed new valves every time a sprinkler area needed adjusting. At one point we had a leak which the workers had been responsible for due to shoddy workmanship. This summer patches of grass were dead because the sprinklers didn't reach all areas of the lawn.
