Ted demonstrated incredibly questionable professional actions during the contract. He was condescending to our realtor and clearly has a bias against women, referring to men by first name but using pet names such as 'doll' for the women in the transaction. He was verbally abusive on the phone multiple times, and would forget which information had or had not been flowed down and then scream at you for requesting legally required documents after he forgot to submit them. He would verbally agree to something on behalf of the sellers then do a complete 180 within hours. Dealing with him was a nightmare.
