Hi, I'm Ron Myers owner of Surf City Painting. I have been painting and finishing for almost 25 years. I have a B.S. in Business Management/Marketing, am a Certified Green Building Professional and am also a Certified Building Analyst through the Building Professional Institute. Quality and integrity are paramount to the success in any business and Surf City Painting is no exception. I focus on creating a healthier painting environment with the use of 0 VOC products keeping your indoor air quality and environment healthy. There are some situations where 0 VOC products may not be suited for a specific application. I will not sacrifice integrity or quality. Here is a list of services we offer..... 1. Ron and his crew did a great job prepping the work and clearly communicating any issues that came up along the way. They maintained a clean work site and were very thorough in addressing all of the small painting details. Ron performed a final walk though and explained everything they did in completing the job. We were very pleased with the quality and timeliness of the work. All in all, I would highly recommend Surf City Painting.

It went very well. Ron  was willing to redo the living room when we realized that I had chosen a color that didn't work.  He worked with a challenging paint product... and he always fits us in to his schedule.
Ron is very easy to work with and reliable.  A good problem solver!

Surf City Painting did a fine job. They were very responsive and dedicated to finding the correct product for doing the job. It was a difficult job and not something you would normally be doing, working in a building that is 60 years old, to try to rejuvenate the cedar paneling on the walls. It was a very large room, where they had to have scaffolding. There were also stains on the ceiling, from old roof leaks and they did a lot of sanding to get rid of those. They did an excellent job. They always checked to make sure that the product they were going to use was the right one and satisfactory. They did samples before they started, to make sure that it was going to look right. There was something small that they did that they had to come back to fix later, but it was only a small matter.
