Portola Property Management has recently moved and is in a new location on Brommer Street in Santa Cruz. The office has 8 employees dedicated to making sure all of our properties are taken care of in the best way possible. We do have 2 handymen on our staff that service the properties that we manage and help to keep costs affordable for the owner's of the property.
