Portola Property Management has recently moved and is in a new location on Brommer Street in Santa Cruz. The office has 8 employees dedicated to making sure all of our properties are taken care of in the best way possible. We do have 2 handymen on our staff that service the properties that we manage and help to keep costs affordable for the owner's of the property.

We provide professional property management, tenant placement and personal property care for both local and out-of-area owners. Our staff manages the entire process, from property reconditioning to tenant placement, ongoing maintenance, and accounting. Our relationship with outside vendors assures the best quality workmanship.

We do not do Real Estate Sales but will be happy to refer to a professional.

They are an excellent property management company. I have used them since 2006.
Description of Work: They charge a percentage of the rent collected. Complete hands on property management for a duplex in Santa Cruz.
