What a professional. Good listener to understand the scope of the project - bid the job at a fair price. Showed up on time each day and completed project on time. Kept my home clean during construction and cleaned up each day. Paulo communicated on what he was doing and made suggestions along the way. He has completed three projects and will be invited back for other projects. Plus he has a vision and is creative on improving the project.
